At YES Bikes, reliability, quality and customer happiness are our top priorities! We know that having a quality, reliable bike is important to you, and it's important to us too.

We want you to enjoy the bikes, parts and accessories that you purchase from us, so that you become an advocate for our range. To support this, we offer an industry-leading warranty on every YES bike we sell.

If there's ever an issue with any of our products, we'll make sure that it's resolved quickly and positively.

For your peace of mind, we include:

A lifetime warranty on every YES frame
A lifetime warranty on every YES fork, including our carbon fibre range
A 6-month warranty on all other non-consumable components

What to do if you need to make a warranty claim

If you're having an issue with your bike, we want to help resolve it. Please contact customer support though our contact page or send an email to info@yesbikes.com.au.

It's best to provide your original order information, a description of the issue and a photograph so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. Improper assembly, poor maintenance or improper use may void your warranty.

The warranty does not cover other bicycle components, due to pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of general wear and tear and cannot be covered.

In addition, the following items are NOT covered under the warranty: tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, hubs and cables. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear through general use of the bike.

It is important to tighten all of the bicycle’s cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding. These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride.

Stripped components and threads are a result of loose parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled.

Our aim is to offer the best riding experience at its safest. We advise you to get your bike checked by a professional every 6-7 weeks, so that you can use your YES bike to it’s full potential.

YES Bikes will replace at their discretion any frame found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacements will be made with frames of current design that may not be exact duplicates of originally purchased goods.

The frame model used for replacement will not be lower in value than the original frame. This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to other rights you may have.

These rights may vary from state to state which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state and territory laws.
